What are the delivery times?

What are the delivery costs?

For purchases under 20 euros, delivery costs are 5 euros for France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands and are free for purchases over 20 euros in these same countries.

International shipping costs for countries located in Europe Zone 1 are 30 euros, regardless of the amount of purchases.

International shipping costs for countries located in the rest of the world are 45 euros, regardless of the amount of purchases.

What should I do if I am not at home when the postman/carrier arrives?

If you are absent, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox telling you what to do to collect your package or reschedule a new delivery by the carrier.

There are items missing from my package, is this normal?

Our storage warehouses are not all located in the same place, so your order may arrive in several packages. Each item ordered will reach you within the time mentioned in the description on the product page.
