Return Policy

Our return policy applies for 14 days. Within this period, you can exercise your right of withdrawal applicable to any purchase made on a European website. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
To make a return, you must provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. You can do this by printing the order confirmation email and attaching it to your return package.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Only a partial refund may possibly be granted in the following cases:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a maximum of 30 days .
Late or no refund
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there is often a delay before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the contact form in the Contact Us section and send your item back to us at:

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your item may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
